TED SANTOS
Mr. Santos is a seasoned turnaround consultant specializing in board development, crisis management, and organizational alignment.
CHARON DARRIS
ALP alumnus and a board member since 2005. Mr. Darris is a non-profit consultant specializing in fundraising and strategic planning. He. holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
TAUR ORANGE
ALP board member since 2005, and affiliated with the program since 1974. Currently a widely recognized higher education administrator in New York City, Ms. Orange’s 35+-year professional background is rooted in counseling and student development.
